Although Laurie makes perfume for people, not cats, she takes great inspiration from Velvet and Sweet Pea’s philosophy of life – living in the moment, making the most of opportunities to relax and take care of yourself, and luxuriating in only the best of everything – and their deep enjoyment of and appreciation for nature’s gifts as they frolic in the scent-drenched sunlight of the perfumery’s fragrant Perfumer’s Garden. Luma is the company’s spokesmodel and can be seen on all our labels, Monkey is the silly kitten who inspires the MonkeyCat bath products with her relaxed and playful spirit , and Dinky, along with his pet human Gary (Laurie’s husband), inspires Laurie in her more masculine collections. All the kitties living at the Purrfumery were rescued and brought to live at their fabulously scented new home!
